Professor Maureen Harris has proven her commitment to the Montessori philosophy over a nearly three decade-long career in music and early childhood education. Her dedication to teaching has been nationally recognized, through awards such as the Prime Minister’s Award for Excellence in Teaching. Professor Harris' research findings have been shared with educators around the world, through her published work and education seminars. She continues to educate young minds as the head of Lakeview Montessori.
